The process in which I collect visitors' personal information is by visitor’s disclosure on the contact form. This includes name, email address and telephone number. This personal information will only be used for the purposes of responding to your childcare enquiry. 

How do you store, use, share and disclose your site visitors' personal information? 

My company is hosted on the platform. provides me with the online platform that allows me to advertise my childminding business and respond to prospective enquiries about childcare vacancies. Your data may be stored through’s data storage, databases and the general applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.


How do you communicate with your site visitors? 

If a visitor sends me a message via the contact form, I will respond by email at my earliest convenience. This would be in response to the visitor’s enquiry. Should the visitor be looking for future childcare, their personal details (e.g. name, email address and telephone number) could be retained to communicate further. 

How do you use cookies and other tracking tools? 

My company, Tiny Town Childcare, uses cookies on its website. By using the service, the visitors consent to the use of cookies.
